I used to like Kohl's when I was in College. They have great deals on clearance items.
I bought some luggage there and it lasted only one trip. They sell cheap stuff and mark it way too high then put it on sale so you think you are getting a great deal but it doesn't last as long as it should.

When I ran out of underwear last monday, I went to kohls and bought two bags of briefs and 4 or 5 pair of boxers along with 3 bags of socks. Unfortunately the briefs are cut like diapers and have so much length in the hip that they don't even stretch out all the way. Now I have to pick up some nice tight Calvins from Amazon and toss these horrid things into the "emergency" drawer. On the bright side, it's been another week and I still haven't had to do laundry yet :D In conclusion, I will continue to shop at Kohls for socks....
(I did shop there a bit more in HS, though, and it was a decent store. Not sure if the store has changed, or just the area)

They have the same brand name clothes that just about every department store has.
In my experience their prices are always lower than other stores for the same exact item.

I found the style of dockers I like for $19.99 a pair, they are $49.99 at other stores.

I don't see how and item at kohls is inferior to the same item at another store.
