...almost all 300! :)

I will try the 800 number deal where you call Staples and have them check stock in local store!

As I said, I am in Portland so may even call CameraWorld! They are downtown.

Does anyone have the sku number for this Camera at Sears.

I went to the local one and they had no idea it even existed,
but said if I new the number they could order it.

Their system was so slow I gave up on it.

Thanks

<< Oh, for anyone that purchased this camera, did it come with some type of carrying case/pouch you can wear? >>

Mears, no case. Only neck strap. But the delux kit that Madalien posted for $75 has one.

<< I saw that the American Express Blue card does price protection w/ online vendors. >>

This worked flawless. I bought the deal back in early March at PhotoAlley for $502 after shipping and $100 coupon. Then I get the 5% for eBates and $100 rebate for $377. Next, I applied for a refund from AmexBlue with PhotoBeach or whoever had it for $462. Sure enough, I got a check fo the difference scoring this at $337 to date! Thanks to Seattle for starting this and everyone's input.

ORANGEL, no, this is only with AMEX Blue.

Tharpertx,

How do you initiate the AmEx Blue price guarantee? I've also purchased my DC4800 on Blue, and wish to do the same. I've found info on their website describing the guarantee, but none on how to intiate the transaction.

Thanks!

Isn't Kodak giving away a lens cover for signing up for a newsletter or something and has anyone used Dane-Elec compact flash cards? Newegg has them for the same price they were offereing the Viking ones.

Kodak is giving a lens adapter for registering, this allows putting a different lens or UV filter on the camara.

Also I was at Best Buy today and saw 43MM UV filters on clearence for $4.99, not bad.

I did some more reading about american express cards and found the following about platinum card.
I have the same card with rebate offer so I'm not sure if I'm qualified as well...

Any idea for a cheap connector or ZipDrive etc....
Found one at Overstock... Iomega click drive.. has a CF Reader and 40MB zip... works with a parallel port... for 60 buck.. how does it sound..
Also any clues if I can get kodak software working on NT??!! too bad that it works only on 98 and 2000!!

467 is pretty good, is there shipping? Also, does this camera come with a USB cable or am I going to have to buy one?

Go and see Benefits of Blue. In particular, the section entitled Best Value Guarantee. It has a footnote with the phone number in it...Footnote #4 I think.
