Kobe's accuser apparently is lying...

Well, I guess that sucks for her. I wasn't there and have no idea what happened but if she lied then this case is going nowhere.
 
So the prosecution wants new tests on the DNA evidence because THEIR OWN TESTS came back with results they didn't like? What are they going to do, retest until it supports their case? By asking for new tests because they think their own tests are wrong, they are in effect saying "our DNA experts have no clue what they are doing." How in the hell can the judge keep allowing the prosecution to behave like morons?
 
sure she is a slutt but i don't think Kobe raped her. though he is still an a-hole.

it sounds like reasonable doubt to me. i wouldn't be surprised if the case was dropped soon.
