Its called highschool and college chicks that sex = vaginal intercourse, aka some girls think that giving blow jobs and having anal sex isnt have sex and therefore they are still good girls in the eyes of themselves because it nots sex and they are religious. Footjob, youve seen it in movies to some extent, well non "hardcore" variant. Like in movies where a women and a man are dining, and she removes her shoe and rubs her foot in his crotch to excite him, all while it be consealed by the dining table and table cloth.

If thats all you can say and thats how his defense team handles it, Kobes gonna be convicted. If the rumors are true, hes going to get raped on the stand by the DA, and the alleged victims credibility wont come into play, because his word isnt credible after decieving the police, which they would have uh, ever heard of tape recordings? Duh, they wouldnt bring forth the accusation of lieing to police if they didnt have him on tape.

This case more and more seems like a rape case if the reports are true. They can convict Mike Tyson with zero evidence, but you say its false accusations when there multiple instances of physical evidence? Plus other evidence. See each peice of evidence alone doesnt mean anything but add everything up and the DA has a soild case if the majority of reports are true.

your a moron. the DA has nothing. if there was severe brusing then he wouldnt have needed 2 weeks to press charges. deceiving the police? the DA claims this in every single case that goes to trial, this is hardly something unique to this case. the accusers credibility will not be thrown out, or at least i cant see that happening. just look at what has been reported:

-drug overdose after a breakup w/ her boyfriend
-bragged about being w/ kobe at a party
-willingly watch the kobe bryant news conference the day charges were filled, and then, according to her friend that was there, expressed jealously that kobes wife was standing by him. do you really think a REAL rape victim is going to have ANY interest in her rapist the way this chick has for kobe? of course not!
-an attempted suicide attempt at college where an officer described her as harmful to herself

and what else do we know? the accuser didnt immediately go to the police, it was hours later and accompanied by her parents. kobe, on the other hand, saw a movie on pay-per-view. now if you just raped somebody i dont think your gonna be in the mood to watch a movie. at the rate things are going id be surprised if this case isnt thrown out.

and you know nothing about the mike tyson trial. defense lawyers and prosecutors are in agreement that the reason he was convicted is because the lawyes he hired were wholeheartedly incompetent. your so clueless its amazing.
