Thats a recent rumor. And the current rumor(ABCs report) says that there was some consensual sexual activity(read about about heavy petting various "jobs, or him giving her oral) but intercourse was not consensual, so right now your theory doesnt jive, with all the other rumor and speculation and qouted unnamed sources.

Like I said earlier in the thread, we really need to wait till trial.

actually the "no risk of pregnancy" is not true. Depending on how/where certain things go there is a still a risk from splashing or dripping. lesser risk, sure....no risk, nope. But that is beside the point. IF it is in fact anal sex then it could be very interesting to see how the public reacts.

And if it was indeed anal, its way to short of time frame, atleast to have non traumatizing anal sex, I mean, it takes a good long while to loosen the sphinctor muscles of a women. So it would probably take alot more time than 30 minutes to properly have anal sex, and theres no way a girl will not have anal sex properly. Also the rumors of people hearing screaming and other noises, lends credibility to anal rape, while any women will scream and make loud noises while being raped, anyone would scream a lot louder, and make a whole hell of alot of noise if forced to have anal sex, from the sheer pain alone.

Yeah it will be ALOT different in this case. For one, the OJ DA/Prosecutors were incompetent IMHO. Also OJ stuck by his story throughout, and Kobe allegedly hasnt. Plus I doubt the defense can stack the jury in Kobes favor like OJs legal team did for him, even when they eventually change the venue to Denver. This DA doesnt seem incompetent to me.
