Yeah, but a lot of women don't react immediately after being raped either. Some take a shower, or even wait for days before reporting. WEll she couldn't have had to much shock or shame she told a bellboy not too long after it happened.

So what did you think happen? You think she left the room crying fake tears (even Kobe admitted that she was crying hysterically in his room). Went to her desk, did her shift (didn't say she finished her shift, she that she finish up her work), and then decided to go further with this and planned to get Kobe in trouble because he was so 'quick', so came up with the rape story?

What i think happened, she left the room crying, and not knowing what to do, she returned to her desk. There, she finished up tasks, and wanted to leave the place and find some comfort. The bellman saw she was in distressed, and asked what happen, so she told him, and he urged her to go to the authorities.

This is very much like the typical rape case. The woman is raped, goes home, takes a shower, and will wait to confide in somebody. Then once they do, they're urged to go to the police.

You have to figure that the state of dress could have been different when she was in front of the cop compared to when she was in front of the nurse. Not to mention if her hair was up or down. A cop might not know where to look and a nurse might. Also, time frame from the point of injury to the showing of bruising varies. It has to do with timeline. Someone can look relatively unhurt and develop bruises at a later time.

Most rape cases are he said/she said. Yes, they definitely need better evidence. I totally agree with you on that, but that's not what you were originally saying. You simply said, as you did yet again, 'This story is so whack it doesn't even add up.' So where's the he said/ she said? There's no objectivity there. You seem intent on saying that she's wrong just because there's no strong physical evidence. Couldn't it have happened the way she said and yet still be lacking in the evidence area? Anything is possible and sadly the only people that know what really happened are her and Kobe. Regardless of the decisions in the legal system we really will never know.

First off, bruises dont' develop immediately, despite what you may think. Second, rape bruises are not always in the most obvious places. Some of these rapers rely on the sheer surprise and terror to rape these women, inwhich case they don't really fight back. What most of these rape bruises are are between the legs, because even though they may not be fighting back, it's a natural response to close the legs, and the forcing of them is what causes the bruising between the inner thighs... with normal sex, you don't get this kind of bruising.

Her blood on his shirt.
Major vaginal trauma.
Bruises on face, neck and arms.

What part of her story sounds like BS? Or is it just BS because hes not the kind of guy that would do that? Which I would have to respond is? What kind of guy is he? With the exception of his wife, no one knows what hes like outside the public eye, his team mates dont, his parents dont(hes been estranged from them for awhile). You certainly dont. And he also wasnt the type of guy to cheat on his wife.

Her story is certainly plausible and there is evidence to back it up. All legal experts expect this to come down to more than he said she said, and right now theres a realtive mountain of evidence against Kobe.
