I remember a "60 minutes" special about the Abu Dubai from the 90s, I think. They said that as a group they were the worst drivers in the world, having more accidents per-capita then any other group. They showed a junkyard over there and it was stacked as high as it could be with late model cars (MB, BMW, Rolls, Caddies, etc.).
