Two weeks. Apparently the work that I need done is quite advanced. I have went through 5 programmer/coders in the last 6 weeks....they each say something like, 'yeah, this will be no problem'...two weeks later then admit they can't do it and ask me not to tell anyone.

I'm trying to modify the heck out of a vBulletin forum...have you worked with it? A lot of php, mysql subqueries and joins....
No I have not worked with vBulletin in the backend, but I'm sure it's somthing that could be done. You've given no specifics as to what you want, details of the project or anything. I've got the experience to do the project, but what I lack from you is a detailed layout of what you want vBulletin to do..
IE: I want users who are logged in to be able to have PM capabilites, etc..... Add their own custom information etc..
Get VERY detailed on what you want.. I'll i've heard sofar is I want a mod and nothing else. If you want me to even conisder this, give me details. What I want you to do is focus solely on the solution you want, not how you're going to get there. That's what I work on. Tell me what you want.

I've heard that from each of the 5 coders I have hired and paid so far. They all quit. One of them messed the php in the vBulletin up so badly I had to do a complete reinstall and I lost all the other code modifications I had.
PM and custom informations are all standard features of vBulletin. Why would I pay someone for that?
I'll give you the details in a PM or email. I'm sure you understand why I wouldn't want to divulge all of the features on an open board
