I'm scared, denver has a curse with teams named after birds

Yea like when they completely destroyed a Falcons team in the 1998-99 season because that team didn't even belong in the Super Bowl to begin with. Uh huh

I've been a 49er fan since I discovered football in the third grade (1966). John Brodie and Dave Wilcox were my favorite players. I've been loyal all these years and I'll stay loyal. But Colin Kaepernick needs to either up his game this post season or the 49ers need to make a move at quarterback. He can run (though he is protecting himself more this year) but he can't throw to save his life. If it wasn't for the defense, I shudder to think where they would be right now. Certainly not in the post season. :(
I stand by this.

Denver vs New England. Brady crapped the bed. They just got crushed by Denver and a couple late scores only made it look more respectable than the beatdown it really was.

San Fran vs Seattle. Snoozefest the first half. Second half was action packed down to the last seconds. Really entertaining second half.

That was the, hmmmm..... most interesting interview I've ever seen at the end of a game.

She HAD to grab him for that. I mean wow, the guy is coming off that AMAZING game ending play and him and crabtree are into it. You know Sherman was running Richter 11 and you're gonna put him on air.

I've gotten more worked up in lesser situations and I don't come back to reality for a TV interview, no way.

Love it.

Great game! Was almost marred by the refs horrible miss of that turnover, where they guy broke his leg but still held on to the ball. Everyone knew that was a turnover but the officials. If Seattle scores on that next play, the whole game is tainted, but the refs really really really lucked out and SF ended up with the ball the next play anyways. Whew. Anyways, glad the game turned out to be won fair and square.

Ya, you stupid son of a bitch, I said he can run, did you miss that?
Just sayin, roughly 95% of their offense tonight came from his legs and his arm. Second year starter is going to make stupid mistakes from time to time, even vets do.

made the Superbowl thread

Lets try to leave the discussion of the horrible ref calling here. Until they start making horrible calls in that game.

Grats to Denver and Seattle. Though I wonder how this last game really should have ended up.
