Kissinger was a product of his time...

The U.S. is a militaristic society, sometimes force will be used in foreign policy and policing

That's the way most white middle class Americans who elect people like the Daleys, Nixon, Reagan, Giuliani, Trump, Bloomberg want...period.

-This might actually be the most sensible thing you've ever posted on this site.

Deal with it. He was a product of his time, deal with it.

Everybody who has ever lived is a 'product of their time', so what?

In being annoyed he didn't die decades ago I'm a "product of my time"- deal with it.

I was born here in America
I know more about America than you ever will
Anyone who actually lives in New Jersey knows you don't pump gas in New Jersey. One of those local quirks that you should have come back on me with.

So where do you actually live?

lol. look at this Russian cock.

created account in 2016, using Russian terms that no American uses. Probably one of the original wave of Fancy Bear "Bernie "Bros" that deployed all over the internet in those years.

Just look at this bastard cockneck.

I was born in NYC, grew up and live in NJ.
I am an American.
Don't second guess me.
Please provide the certified original of your long form birth certificate, DNA samples of you and your parents, your tax returns, a dated picture of you in front of the Brooklyn bridge, and a signed lease agreement.

A man with a lot of blood on his hands has died.

Usually I feel gratitude and sadness when such a long gov career comes to an end. Not this time. Speaking ill of the dead is to be avoided. Not this time.

Good riddance Henry Kissinger and fuck you. If only Putin and Trump could follow your example. And you know, the more I think about it the more I'm pleased Jimmy Carter outlived this monster. That's universe math saying something heavy, maybe.

~Jacobin hated Henry Kissinger so much that they wrote a book-length obituary years ago and commissioned 50,000 copies and just let them sit until the motherfucker finally died. Unbeatable levels of hater. I am inspired.

still pissed it took that long, i try not to celebrate death at all but make an exception for this fucking ghoul who's policies have left millions dead

If not for Henry Kissinger this wall would have ended just a bit past the bend.

Another anecdote i read about him was he was at a party in New York where he was pretty insulated from criticism, Peter Jennings was there and walked up and asked him what it feels like being a war criminal (no idea what the reply was)

The 70s was a anticommunist, Cold War era. This era ended officially in December 1991. Hence giving way to the end of Bush-Dole silents and the Baby Boom/Gen X era. Deal with it.

You can be anti communist and also believe massive unrestrained carpet bombing of civilians is wrong. And of course it massively failed at every single one of its supposed goals. And he still maintained until his last day that he had no moral problems doing it.

Did it stop the communists from taking power in Vietnam? No.
Did it cause the Khmer Rouge to come to power in Cambodia? Yes.
