Damn, I'm a fairly young guy and not even into rap music but to not know who Russel Simmons is... damn. How about Rev. Run and his family on MTV... nobody even flips to the channel and sees the ads for it? Russel(Rev's brother) is on there quite a bit.

Meh, I can climb rocks and still know who Russell Simmons is. He was very influential and succesful as a hip-hop producer and as businessman and to be honest I've probably read more about him in business publications than I've seen him on TV. Heck, I haven't even watched MTV since they stopped playing music a few years ago.

Hahah! This turned into an entertaining thread. Russell Simmons wasn't mentioned in OP. Thus, confusion. A statement that "Kimora Lee Simmons is getting divorced from Russell Simmons," would've gone a long way to clear things up.
Here's what I thought when I read the OP (OP bits italicized):
Kimora Lee Simmons says goodbye to old man balls. Someone I never heard of saying goodbye to ... what? Old testicles? An old dude? An old ball player? An old juggler? An old guy who has a tennis ball for a head? No idea.
I saw this coming during their 'cribs' episode. It seems she used him to get herself promoted well. This person was apparently on cribs. I'm guessing Kimora Lee Simmons is the "she." But who is the "him" and to what job was Kimora Lee promoted?
Sucks she had been having him liquidate a lot of assets of late...makes it a simple 50/50 split in a divorce. Ok, so this post is apparently about a divorce. Kimora Lee? From whom? OP is saying that a simple split is sucky. Dunno why, but whatever.
Although they separated a while ago she had already moved on prior. My bet she was waiting for the real estate boom to continue to get more in her settlement. No illumination on the mystery can be found in this sentence.
There are tons of links out there on this...none really tell the full story by themselves. The full story? We don't even know half the story from this post. Whatever. I'll post the confused emoticon.
