Washington DC and several cities in North Carolina, and Boston are just a few.

But it’s a vague question to get parrots and morons to buy into a narrative they know nothing about or couldn’t care less about.

So if you actually do care, how about you define what a “black live” is as black people aren’t some monolithic block that all have similar needs and issues. While you are at it you can also define what “improves their lives” actually means as there are many metrics to rate how ones life has been improved.

Once you do all that, then you can ask yourself, what city, ran by republicans have improved the lives of black people more than democrats.

How long should we wait for a response from you? Or should we mark you as another troll whose come out of the woodworks to muddy the 2020 election!

PG County is the wealthiest black majority county in the US, I think. I mean, MD sucks, but there's some cool shit here, anyway. The last 2 generations have more or less replaced NC as the primary breeding ground for top tier BBall talent (annoys me mildly, but I also admit that I stopped caring about the NBA right around the time MJ left--seriously though: wtf is the point?), and also one of the hottest music scenes for young black artists.

Or so I heard on the squawk box recently.
 
I'd have to say there's just as many Republican run cities that have improved Black Americans lifestyle.

So if we cant improve cities, can we improve the nation? Did the country get slightly better as a whole under Obama?
The reason I ask is Donald is actively murdering Americans all over, regardless of color, and he aims to do more.
So, maybe vote for Joe cuz he's not so brazenly destructive and psychotic?

We will then take these standards and ask of any random city for any subset of residents. For example we can ask the same questions for the state of Kansas.

I don't know anything about her other than that single ad. But I liked the way she presented herself. Can she actually do anything to help Baltimore? Probably not. But it's clear that no one else has put much effort into the situation. Since everyone else has failed, why not let her take a crack at it?

That’s the level of inquisitiveness for Greenman to vote for someone. Yet he’s knowledgeable enough to claim everyone else has failed. Right.

Good god man! It’s ok to admit ignorance and it’s ok to not endorse someone you know nothing about just because they are on your team. Hell, you can still hold your opinion of them based on your brief exposure to them.

Really? What I see is somebody bought by the plantation owners, somebody still in a state of slavery. She took us through a nice little walk though a very depressed area in her high heals and pretty red dress. I want to see where she lives and what her wardrobe looks like, the kind of lifestyle open to those who sell their soul. I bet the kind of sell-out she achieved has made her one black live matter a lot in the political market place and for her.

Perhaps you might wonder if the endless plight of black people and their lives not mattering is the result of the fact any move to help them would be used by Republicans to stoke the flames of favoritism. See those hideous Democrats caring for those worthless aimless resource sucking black people when they leave us white people in misery and hopeless, our natural born entitlements as Real Americans unfulfilled. Conservatives are assholes. Help people and they will use it against you. Fight against the enormous unmet needs of ordinary people and you are the evil who will raise the tax rate.

People fear actions because of people who support snipers. Republicans never have those kinds of problems because they can't and won't ever govern. They are there to minister to the 1%. The Republican party will see to it that neither black nor white will be the ones to eat our lunch.
 
This is one of those people that FoxNews\GOP keeps around as a token to prop up occasionally to try and show that "We are not Racists"
She doesn't live in the the district and the reason why anyone is talking about her is because she is a tool in a political strategy that's over her head.
She is as much of a tool as the people who are spreading her ad.

There is an potentially interesting story involving Kevin Plank, South Baltimore and how Klacik plays in the big picture of Plank's efforts combined with FoxNews\Republican organizations trying build narratives its going to turn into one of those long winded things I don't have time for.
