It's a sandwich like what we just passed is health care reform.

Newspeak is a wonderful thing.

My friend in NH posted pics of one of these from a road trip she was on on Facebook last year. I remember asking her "What the hell is that..beautiful monstrosity"...hmm...wow.

"Special sauces" tend to ruin otherwise good food. Lose the sauce and that looks great!

Ummmmm guys wtf? Thats so unhealthy, why do you guys want to eat it?

Seriously? Its under 600 calories. That's really not bad at all. Its nutritional value won't be much, but there will be plenty of protein and calcium from all that chicken.

This thing is in the ballpark of something I could have for lunch every day and still continue to lose weight. Not saying I would or should, but this is a far better choice than some of the menu options elsewhere.

actually.. it seems like it was 590... guess they "improved it" :

Calories: 590
Calories from fat: 280
Total fat: 31g
Saturated fat: 10g
Trans fat: 0g
Cholesterol: 190mg

The Vancouver Sun has done an independent calorie analysis for the "Double Down" and has concluded the "sandwich" likely has 1228 calories.

:hmm::hmm::hmm:

The good news is that according to KFC it contains 57.5% of your daily salt intake...

You are in luck...
nice. too bad there's no protein count or breakdown of how many calories are coming from the meat versus cheese versus sauce.

wendy's really has the best online nutrition info amongst any of the national FF chains.

When I eat at Wendy's I order the spicy chicken sans bun plus cheese so this is pretty close but has bacon too.

white bread is pretty damn unhealthy.

there is a difference between a lack of nutrition and unhealthy.

'cause we're all worried about clogging our arteries with white flour...

are there seriously people who are like 'damn, that sandwich looks good, but if only there was double the meat and no bread.'
