Hi:
I am assembling a computer and have pretty much everthing configured but as to what case + power supply + cooling to use:
Here is my computers configuration:
Processor :: XP 2100+ :: $82 @ Newegg
Motherboard :: Asus A7N8X Deluxe :: $139 @ Newegg
Memory :: Kingston Hyper-X PC3000 512MB x 2 :: $170 ($85 * 2) @ ExcaliberPC
CDRW :: Lite On 52x24x52 CDRW Model LTR-52246S Retail :: $47 @ Newegg
DVD :: LITE-ON XJ-HD166S 16X DVD ROM Drive :: $33 @ Newegg
HDD :: Maxtor 80GB 7200RPM Hard Drive 8MB Model :: $99 @ Newegg
FDD :: SONY 1.44MB 3.5 INCH INTERNAL FDD DRIVE :: $8 @ Newegg
Video :: ATI RADEON 9500PRO 128MB DDR :: $165 @ OC Systems
I am going to overclock my 2100+ and need to configure a case and the cooling appropriately. I do not care much about the way my case looks as long as it is presentable. My budget though is something i care about and prefer that all this does not cross over 70 dollars .. however i will be able to spend an additional 30 dollars if it makes a vast difference. My components (FDD, DVD and CD-RW) are presently white but if need be I can get them in black as required. I have never overclocked a pc before and never assembled one either even though I have tinkered around enough and upgraded almost every part in my computer myself. Please advise me as to what combination of a case + power supply + cooling (heatsink, fans, etc) I should use.
Thanks and will appreciate the help ..
