The B-vitamins play vital roles in reactions including but not limited to energy metabolism, co-factors for enzymes, antioxidant reactions...the list goes on. However, they are widely distributed in the food supply and for people eating an omnivorous diet they are completely unnecessary to take in supplement form. Of course, the supplement industry won't tell you that.

If you are vegan, I could recommend a B12 supplement but beyond that there is very little reason to supplement any of the B vitamins for healthy people who are eating enough food. It's just a huge waste of money.

Franco Columbo and his fake nutrition phd highly push getting more vitamin B in your diet, be it through supplements or food.

What about Omega 6 in addition to Omega 3?

Omega-6 fatty acids are more readily found in fats nowadays than omega-3's. You get enough through your diet. Supplementing them is a bad idea since they are pro-inflammatory, which can cause significant problems. Bodybuilders supplement with them because they don't know the physiological effects.
