Its not about the ability to produce a 4GHz CPU die, its all about volume availability.
I dont know where they are going to produce the Kaveri, but i really dont care about that.
 
Unfortunately we are all pretty much just arguing in a vacuum because until AMD releases the thing and tells us where it is manufactured we really don't have much to go on beyond extrapolations of our expectations and rumors 🙁

(ha ha, much like the stock investors, we are all in the same boat there 😛)
