That particular answer isn't in the letter in regards to seeking medical help at the time or if she was referring to the mental health help she received 24 years later. If it happened at the time then it would be possible to look at medical records with her permission.

I honestly have no idea what happens now. The possible returns from proceeding are being drastically diminished by the risks for the Republicans. They have some calculations to make and quickly.
