She's vivacious, and any pretty young woman smiling and doing that dance and having a good time at it is going to be damned attractive. But I still don't really get her rise to prominence as a model. It's like America never saw a rack before.

I think Kate's okay but I never quite understood the obsession some have with her. Mostly I chalk it up to her being a little crazy (and seemingly easy).
