She's certainly pretty by typical standards, but by Sports Illustrated model standards shes not even in the running. What she does have and the only thing that makes her "stand out" is her rack. Most models are in the B-cup category, many are smaller than that and few are much larger, so when a girl with D's arrives she kind of stands out.

There are a lot of guys that would be all over a guy if he had a big rack so she was bound to get attention and praise from them.
