Without being on the Illinois ballot, Kanye has no way of reaching 270 electoral votes with the states remaining to file in. don’t misunderstand me, I would expect all items to have some fake signatures simply because even people who claim to like to say no are typically lying. We all want to comply and generally want to make people happy so they sign shit like this with a fake name.
I’m not sure of the ratio of valid to false signatures but if it is unusual I am all for pulling him from the ballot.

The president got caught trying to extort a foreign nation into producing dirt on his opponent as a condition for aid. And impeached over it.

The idea that Trump and Kushner could not or would not hatch such a plan seems to not comport with a realistic analysis of what they consider acceptable.
