Got to admire the GOP voter suppression efforts. They certainly don't do it on a retail level. They are inspired by Stalin "It's not the people who vote that count, it the people who count the votes."
 
This is ridiculous and absolutely should not be allowed. The standing President should absolutely be on all presidential ballots as long as he is within term limits.
 
Why in the world would they pull this kind of bullshit in a state that Romney has in the bag anyway?

Continued birtherism is only damaging to the Republicans and Romney (who has already said this issue is entirely unfounded).

I wonder if Obama is secretly hoping Kansas does remove him from the ballot :sneaky:
 
If a president doesn't do his job properly then they shouldn't be on the ballot. If they abandon the oath then remove them from the ballot.

But as much as I dislike that pos disgusting human being barky Kansas must put him back on the ballot

Eh, I'm not sure about hoping; but it would be hilarious. Not only would it link the "birther" movement to mainstream Republicans again and quite possibly send the Romney campaign into an unrecoverable tailspin, but the government could deny Kansas its seats in the Senate and House because of it.

Yes you did.

Let me teach you a little something about language, since you seemed to have failed English at least a couple of times, it's called inference.

Your first and second sentences state that if someone is "not doing his job properly" or if they "abandon the oath" (of office I'm going to assume) they should not be on the ballot.
Your third sentence states that as much as you dislike (Barack Obama) he needs to be on the ballot.

You can infer that because Obama should be on the ballot that he must be doing his job properly and that he is upholding the oath (of office).

Why would you have a poor image of folk who simply reflect the environment they were born in. Backward uncultured ignorant communities have backward uncultured and ignorant people living in them, just as Neanderthal culture was Neanderthal. You take any one of those hicks from the nest and raise them in oh say NYC and you will get a completely different being. So remember, the best of the south raised where you and I were, would likely be more advanced than you or I.
 
btw Romney's campaign has been actively fighting to get Gary Johnson off the ballot in quite a few States. Luckily we he has successfully fought all challenges and is still on the ballot in 47 States.
