Yes, I get tired real fast of his schtick of instigating hot headed arguments on set. Last week he predicted Oklahoma City defeat in nationally televised NBA Emirates Cup contest in Vegas and OC absolutely killed it. IIRC, only Bob Myers got it right.

That's not why I stopped watching him. Being a bloviating fool IS his schtick, and apparently viewers must like it because ESPN has made him its highest-paid on air talent.

I stopped watching him because he's a race baiter. He mostly hides it, but it leaks out from time to time. OK I don't think he's intentional, but it is what it is. I have a blanket policy to never listen to a SAS segment. Never.

On sports itself, he's not the dumbest MFer on air.

Shannon Sharpe seems to be becoming more popular on youtube but I liked him from when he was with the Broncos and some reporter asked him about his beef with someone. He said if there was a snowstorm and the person was about to freeze to death.. he would not stop his truck to let that guy in.
