Did the hospital perform a rape kit and did she show signs of sexual activity from the night prior? A lot of unknowns in a rape accusation case. I don't even think the women is claiming she was raped.

Again, why would they do a rape kit when nobody is claiming rape?

I know this does not matter to people like you, but nothing has even been ALLEGED against him, let alone proven.

You may wish to save your rants for after the trial, but, since one will never happen and, in all likelihood, this will end up being a complete non-story, that would not been much for for you.

It's quite clear that kaep loves to smoke weed and drink his life away in the off season and get naked with sluts who love getting lit up. Who cares if he raped her or not? He's already proven to be quite the "role model" to his charity kids. Maybe they'll grow up to be just like him.

BTW, I am a Cal Bears fan, so I know all about a certain Seahawks runningback's legal troubles. People in glass houses, etc. etc.
