There's nothing in that article that says it was a female...Since he's a SF 49er...it MIGHT have been a guy he raped...😛
 
Considering sexual assault/rape covers a wide range of things if you're a woman (Mildy intoxicated? Then you aren't responsible for anything you may do sexually), then I'm sure his legal team will be diligently working to either A) pay her off or B) discredit the living hell out of her.
 
I'll wait for charges to be filed before believing anything. I do that with all athletes though and its not just cause I'm a 49er fan.

Worst case scenario, we got Blaine Gabbert to save the day!

Whole story sounds like a money grab. With what is being reported, there is no way anyone would file charges. There could always be additional information, however.

Incorrect thread title, disgusting comment that doesn't appear to be made as a one-off joke...how is this guy not banned.

So the article from sfgate has more info, basically, a chick he knew went back to a hotel room with kaep, Patton, and Dockette from the hawks and partied. Chick remember being naked, but don't remember how she ended up in the hospital, or who took her.
