Oh man, they are BOTH classics -- I love 'em both, but I can only take but so much of Christmas Vacation every year. I watch it once, then I'm done.

My dad is a SPITTING IMAGE of the dad in that show---talks the same, looked the same when I was a kid, same mannerisms...that's why I identify with it so much.

To this day, he curses by saying "CONSNARNFRIGINFRAGINSNAGLEBLASTINBITCHES!!!"

I always liked Red Skelton's Christmas special, and does anyone remember Emmit Otter's Jugband special?
