I've tried meats cooked in a slow cooker before and i remember the meat just falling off the bone. Any recommendations for recipes? I'm open to anything.

potroast!!!!!!!!!!!!!

big piece 'o meat
1/2 onion minced
1 portion of a garlic clove
4 taters
3/4 pound of baby carrots
1 can of beef broth

1. season meat with olive oil, salt, pepper, thyme, and garlic powder
2. sear meat in pan on medium high heat. save those drippings!
3. slice garlic into razor thin sections add to pot
4. toss in minced onion
5. peel and cut taters, toss in pot
6. toss in baby carrots and mix up the carrots and taters
7. place beef in cooker so that it has a small layer of onions, carrots, and taters underneath it. surround the beef with the other veggies.
8. add can of broth
9. cook at low temp for 8-10 hrs

edit: i forgot that to add the gravy. use the drippings that you saved from when you seared the meat. add some of the leftover juices from the bottom of the crockpot once everything is cooked. use medium heat. add small increments of flour until gravy thickens.

Some short ribs. bbq sauce cut up onions. meat will fall right off the ribs. even the tendents are super tender. i did this a couple weeks ago. also chicken and dumplings. 2 cans of cream of mushroom 1 can of milk. chicken breast. frozen carrots, peas, maybe potatoes. cook for 5 hours. just b4 serving add in biscuit dough cut up into pieces. i usually put it on a bed of rice and its good for the next couple lunches at work

QFT

Pot roast is pretty difficult to really mess up in a Crock Pot, to be perfectly honest. You don't even have to make it as fancy as this, and it'll come out quite tasty. :)
