here are some options and you could do all or none going as far as you like. 
Call him up and try and work things out, make it clear u don't appreciate threats point out the invoice.
Talk to the police with the threatening email
Get a report on it that they have this threat on file.
call up his ISP and report that one of their clients is making threats...get it on record even if they do nothing.
Let him know that the police have the threat on file so that, if anything should happen to you, he's first up to plate.
sign his bellsouth acct for loads of spam. The opt-in kind using an email forwarder. (possibly do this first)
find the address of where he works.
call his supervisor. make a big...and I mean HUGE stink about how one of his employees is threatening you. I mean to the point where there are consequences to be paid...maybe get him fired or something.
Email him asking where your court summons is now? You may or may not want to use the term "b|tch"...depending...likely, the best course of action would be to point out the invoice and tell him to have a nice day since it's documented that no warranties are implied and that she is more than welcome to call the manufacturer and work it out with them and that you offered to call the manufacturer for them.
