It usually has to be for:
- not being paid
- unsafe or unhealthy work environment
- changes in your job responsibilities
- discrimination
- health and safety risks on the job
- family emergencies
Oh I agree things like Harassment, hostile work environment, etc...
I agree but I worked in HR before and when people quit I ALWAYS asked why so it did not bite us later.
