Just made my own equation :-)

it shows how much less you age due to your velocity:

Your time = (EarthTime - (YourVelocity(km/hr) / 300,000) * EarthTime)

If your going 100 km/hour down a highway, 1 second of earth time is actually only .999633333333333333333 seconds to you.
Enjoy.

That is actually similar to a lorentz transformation equation.

say t' is the time in your specific area and t is the time of the space that your area is in.

then define gamma = 1 / sqrt( 1 - v^2 / c ) where v is your velocity and c is the speed of light

then

t' = gamma * ( t - v*x / c )

(not exactly sure but if anyone has corrections, feel free to jump in.)

why would it be 300,003.69 ? I thought the exact speed of light was something like 299,795 or something similar

I just pulled a number out of nowhere. It really doesn't matter what if it varies by 1000 either way until you start getting to the 8th or 9th decimal.
