I rented a DVD last night at it wouldn't load. Went back and got another one and it skipped. The third one finally worked.
I mentioned to the store manager that before I brought the bad ones back I washed them with dish detergent and dried them by laying them flat on a paper towel.
She said that you should NEVER do that and not to do it again.
I clean all my kids CDs like this and have never had a problem.
Who's right?
