Why have all the politics involved? It belittles what he stands for. Keystroker posts he's leaving to serve our country in the most honorable of ways (at time of war and he volunteered).

Be safe. I, like so many others, thank you for your chosen service to keep your fellow Americans safe from those thugs who wish us harm. Come home safe and understand that you have the support of millions with you.

that is very debatable statement my friend.

but my best of wishes to you keystroker be safe and i really hope you get back safe. hopefully enough people will be against this war so it will end SOONER otherwise who knows how this thing will drag out.

If I remember correctly from BUD/S it goes like this, "If you can't do the simple things correctly gentlemen you will not be able to do the complicated things when the bullet are flying, Start putting out, pay attention to details, If this were not training you would be dead right now because you are not doing the simple things correctly. Boat crew leaders...Where are your crews?...Why are your men confused and not in position?...You are killing your men with poor leadership...go go go go go go. Gentlemen I have nothing to do 'til Saturday....If I have to cancel my plans so you girls can complete this evolution successfully, YOU WILL NOT LIKE WHAT HAPPENS NEXT!!!" etc. etc. etc .................................... so again I say, wrong forum.

When you are in the reserves you have already agreed to go. The purpose of the reserves is "readiness".

I did my time, as have many of us. Be safe, keep your head about you and be aware of your surroundings.
