If you feel the need to hate, at least post what you drive, cuz its probably a lot sh1ttier of a vehicle (for the most part)..

I would never buy a jag cuz ford owns them now, but it's not a bad lookin car bro... I love silver 😎

I think its a pretty sweet car, esp for a 21 year old. For Cali, those rims are fine haha. Although you might get jacked depending on where you live, homes.
 
Word on gettin jacked man, I *just* got out of oakland and I'm not so deep in the northwest bay any more. Still have to be careful though, when it comes to cars I have to give it to the culprits in this area, they know what the heck they're doing. Here's a picture of my last car (I didn't buy the rimz on this one either):

As some of you may know, I flipped the sh*t outta that thing! Hit a Mercedes 350 AMG, after he had nailed an 18 wheeler though. It was totaled in the end but *DAMN* that thing was fun to drive. Way different than driving a jag that's for damn sure.

I dunno what kind of transmission is in this Jag but as far as performance goes the timing sucks balls if you're trying to mash on back roads. I'm used to a krotch rocket (for three years) and the GT. Kinna have to learn how to drive the thing. The jag has balls though, with 5 gears and 230 hp, 120mph is a crusing speed which I couldn't say for either the GT or a moto.

I think jag purpousely has odd timings though, the car always gives off this *deep* throaty growl no matter what gear I'm in (which is a mean ass sound btw) which I think was the aim.

Honestly though the main reason I got this car is becuase I'm an account executive at a mortgage company working with guys in their 40s and 50s. They obviously make a ton of money being that every time I drive into my parking lot at work it's like stepping into a frikin car show(bmw, lexus, land rover, infinity, jag, *ASTON FRIKIN MARTIN*. I'm trying my hand at looking the part and so far it's been pretty positive, especially when I'm taking broker's and loan officers to lunch or visiting different branches to do presentations.

I grew up being drivin around in luxury auto's though and I honestly miss being in one so for now, I'm lovin it!

Jesus. Tons of haters in this thread, but I think dodge Vipers are Uckin Fugly so to each his own.

Haha, no ok sorry that was an a**hole thing to say. The car I bought runs about 30k (did) and the S-Type is 40's to 50s.

I got a good deal @ 19k.

I wonder how many in here cream their pants at the sight of an Acura or Lexus - which everyone knows are Hondas and Toyotas with a $20k set of fender badges? :roll:

Almost all manufacturers share platforms between "standard" and "luxury" lines. Anyone in here who ripped on it for being a "Ford" is a complete hypocrite if they drive an Acura or a Lexus, or anything else for that matter that shares a chassis with a cheaper brand name.

OP, nice ride :thumbsup: Although, with that said...I would have to agree that the wheels are a bit much 😉

Rimz are rimz though, I can always get new ones and in cali the car looks pretty frikin hott to most everyone. (in my age group, 21 currently).

Those rims look goofy unless you plannin on scoring with some ghetto hoochie. Here's some good looking chrome rims on an xtype Oh yeah see if you can score some x-type R bodywork. At least the front grilles🙂

THANK YOU! I know jack about cars though so I refuse to side with anyone. My car might be a peice of sh*t but I think it's fuggin sweet. Most everyone else who's been in it thinks it's a hott lookin car so and it's fun to drive so I'll leave it at that.

A bit much? It must be a west coast thing Black. Though I admit these rimz would not have been of my choosing, they came with the car and being that the trend in cali right now is going overboard with the chrome it's not like the car dosen't fit in.

In any case thanks for the hater rebuttal 😉.
