17's????????

Sorry man but I don't like those rimz either, in fact I'd take the current ones over them. The picture really dosent do the rimz on the car I have right now justice.

I'll have to take a few shots with the Elph to give you guys an idea.

Take some pics of the car from the side. Jags can definitely pull off the chrome thing (compared to bmws/audis etc) without looking like you rolled straight outta detroit.

Those rims in the link are 19s and the car sits about 1.5" too high for em. Throw some stiffer springs/shocks at it and it'd be ballin

<- lives in detroit metro

For sure, AWD, 40/60. (front/rear)

Wish it was rear wheel though, you don't drift like you do in a front or rear wheel drive car, kinna hard to explain though. I know the extra traction eats up gas a bit. I'm getting 19.6 city and 28.9 highway. (per the switchable mileage readouts).

Nice.
I really don't care about drifting, I drive on public roads.
When I'm offroad for work the awd on my subaru has no problem cutting it loose.

lol, detroit. I can't imagine what you see over there . Doesn't fabulous reside there? If his music videos are any indication of what kind of cars you see day in, day out, crazy!.

19's? Yeah I guess that car really is sitting to high, the rimz look small for some reason.

I like these so far: http://autonet.ca/Spotlight/NewModels/2004/05/28/story12038-picture14841-L.jpg

More to come.

If you feel the need to hate, at least post what you drive, cuz its probably a lot sh1ttier of a vehicle (for the most part)..

I would never buy a jag cuz ford owns them now, but it's not a bad lookin car bro... I love silver

WHAT IS YOUR REASONING BEHIND THIS BOLOGNE

JACK BURTON HAS NO FRIENDS>>>THEREFORE NO NEED FOR 4 DOORS

DAMN, edited by the mods before I could see it.

With that kind of logic, a minivan for a 21 yr old is a better choice because he can haul around MORE of his loser friends that have no car? Great thinking there genius.

If you're older, a 4 door car is great. But when you're young, there should be ONE friend OR a chick in the passenger seat, that's it! This ain't Greyhound! I'm not hauling around a bus load of my friends. When I buy a car, it's for MY enjoyment, not to haul around other people. If they can fit in the car I bought, cool. But if they can't, get in your own car and follow me. I'm not buying a car for anyone else except for me. You're going to have PLENTY of time to buy 4 door cars in the future, but a two door sports car may not be the best choice when you're 60 yrs old. ;) So get one while you can.

But hey, if you like a 4 door car NOW, that is YOUR decision. I ain't buying the car, so I really don't give a sh!t. But I will give my opinion since that is what the OP is looking for.

Soooo....a 4 door car at 21?

;)

Um, let me say it for the first time, you're a troll?

Um, let me say it for the first time, I hope you get run over by a 4 door car. :D

Rimz are rimz though, I can always get new ones and in cali the car looks pretty frikin hott to most everyone. (in my age group, 21 currently).

Rippoff???? How so? 230 h/p. Screw a new 18k honda, I'll take a jag.

Still have to be careful though, when it comes to cars I have to give it to the culprits in this area, they know what the heck they're doing. Here's a picture of my last car (I didn't buy the rimz on this one either):

MyLastCar.jpg

As some of you may know, I flipped the sh*t outta that thing! Hit a Mercedes 350 AMG, after he had nailed an 18 wheeler though. It was totaled in the end but *DAMN* that thing was fun to drive. Way different than driving a jag that's for damn sure.

I dunno what kind of transmission is in this Jag but as far as performance goes the timing sucks balls if you're trying to mash on back roads. I'm used to a krotch rocket (for three years) and the GT. Kinna have to learn how to drive the thing. The jag has balls though, with 5 gears and 230 hp, 120mph is a crusing speed which I couldn't say for either the GT or a moto.

I think jag purpousely has odd timings though, the car always gives off this *deep* throaty growl no matter what gear I'm in (which is a mean ass sound btw) which I think was the aim.

Honestly though the main reason I got this car is becuase I'm an account executive at a mortgage company working with guys in their 40s and 50s. They obviously make a ton of money being that every time I drive into my parking lot at work it's like stepping into a frikin car show(bmw, lexus, land rover, infinity, jag, *AUSTIN FRIKIN MARTIN*. I'm trying my hand at looking the part and so far it's been pretty positive, especially when I'm taking broker's and loan officers to lunch or visiting different branches to do presentations.

I grew up being drivin around in luxury auto's though and I honestly miss being in one so for now, I'm lovin it!

Jesus. Tons of haters in this thread, but I think dodge Vipers are Uckin Fugly so to each his own.

WTF is an "austin martin"? Is that an Aston Martin with horns on the hood like Boss Hog in the Dukes of Hazard?

Wow...

You're an idiot!

Some rides LOOK nicer w/ 4 doors as opposed to 2.

I don't like jaguars and I don't like those rims, but whatever, I'm sure it's a good car so as long as you like it... :)
