Just got my new car- UPDATE: New Pics

hate when people say NEW car and it's an old car.

At least 23k miles isn't bad. Those rims though... that's a bit too much.

Congrats on the purchase although I would've gotten something else for the money...and yeah, those rims...not so much 🙂

X or XJ?
Besides the fact that it's obviously an x-type, show me where I can get a 2002 XJ with 23k miles for $19k and I will be your friend forever.

$19k w/23k miles, 2002 x-type.

I hear these cars have issues, it's just so damn nice lookin though!

I bought the 100k mile bumper to bumper w/$100 max co-pay, that should keep me in the clear. Get all the chicks I can up to 100k then dump it :^Þ.

ya know, someone talked sh*t about the rimS in this picture at my job. The guy's a fuggin a**hole but when he saw it in person these were his exact words *oh, damn, that looks way better in person".

Rimz are rimS though, I can always get new ones and in cali the car looks pretty frikin hott to most everyone. (in my age group, 21 currently).

Rippoff???? How so? 230 h/p. Screw a new 18k honda, I'll take a jag.

how si it obviously a x type? it's a small pic of a car(~500x400 pix). xj are very similar in design. besides he didnt mention 2003 or $19k in original post. it's been edited.

I could tell it's an X-type from the pic. The two are similar, but quite different in a lot of respects.

Fair enough on the edited post though.

Your car sucks ass.

I'm sorry, you just bought a poser jaguar (ford contour), don't buy blinging cars unless you can afford to buy the 'real' thing.

X or XJ?

I read that Ford completely fixed the infamous Jag electrical issues.

They fixed them ages ago, it was associated with the Kenwood eletricals.

It's obviously an x-type, shorter, windows, grill, chrome on the front bumper ende, and the fact that it looks cheap.

HA! That's a good one!

My immediate family has 3 jags, an XJR, Vanden Plas and an older Sovereign, none of them have issues.

My uncles old v12 XJR (early 90s) constantly had electrical issues.
