hoping my boss is kind enough to give one this year.
he did last year,but it coincided with a really huge crappy project :/
 
I got $0 but I won't complain. My boss is paying for my Net+,MCSA, MCSE, CCNA, and ODU cert. for Systems Engineering. Like $12,000 over the next year. On top of my decent salary. And I don't have any obligations to stay here when I am done.

That's my bonus.

I get a yearly bonus that works out to about 2/3 of one normal paycheck. Of course, this being the government we're talking about, they wait until late March to give it to you instead of Christmas when you actually need the money.

Last year I got $25. yes $25. and as a gift certificate. It was just a huge insult.

This year, I got nothing.
 
I get an annual bonus mid-March. It's slated at 25% of my salary, but will be brought down based on personal and company performance. I expect about 10% next March.
 
I'm supposed to get $700 but its still up in the air because of store performance. Its nice working for a company with profit sharing🙂
