I also have "fatty liver"

Drinking doesn't help, but diet and exercise changes the numbers amazingly!
Also taking Milk Thistle and NAC-600 regularly (both found at GNC) will help tremendously. (google them and you'll find alot of info about liver health)

Believe it or not, my best Liver enzyme numbers and cholesterol numbers where back when I was doing low carb dieting (please no Atkins haters, I'm just going by my real life numbers).

Pizza is my weakness. Just changing my diet to grilled chicken salads everytime I want other fast food changes my numbers for the better.

Yeah, one of the things I do not want to happen to me is end up like my father. He was a decent eater, NEVER drank and NEVER smoked, pretty healthy guy actually except for the fact he had a fatty liver caused by genes. Watching him for 16 months from the time he was diagnosed until the day he pased away. Everyone says I should not have the same disorder and its rather my diet that is causing the higher numbers, but I plan on monitoring this level for my entire life.

RIP Dad.
