Just got back from the gym...what to eat for dinner?

I have a protein and sugar (dextrose and maltodextrin) shake immediately after my workout. I eat lean meats (chicken, salmon, etc.) and complex carbs (oatmeal, multigrain bread, whole wheat pasta) the rest of the day. Add some fruits and vegetables and you're good to go.

LOL, I just looked at the dozen eggs I have in my fridge, they expire in June.............2003. Still good? ;)

Hmmm, they actually look like they are still good, they smell and look normal. Looks like it's scrambled eggs and toast for dinner. :p
