I am so excited, I'm not even sure I believe it yet... Probably going to go to the Ft. Washington, PA campus. for everyone on me!

Update: 10 years later, no I did not go to DeVry. I literally owe a few people in this thread a beer. I did wind up going to community college, transferring to and graduating from a state school (Rutgers) with a CS degree. I laughed quite hard at the resurrection of this thread post my thanks thread. After re-reading this thread, I sincerely apologize for the way I reacted to some of you as I was going through my denial phase.

I got into Regent School of Law...sounds about on the same par...or how about University of DC College of Law...hehe...good 'ole crap schools and their early admissions (trying to get my $300)

Hey you can all make fun of the school if you want, but it's better then being made fun of when you're a 40 year old man working at mcdonalds. If you don't have something nice to say, just go away :|

Chill dude, I said congrats. I didn't know you had to apply. As long as your doing something to improve yourself in life, its all good.

Congratulations and all, but honestly, is there no other school you could go to? DeVry is considered a relatively poor college overall.

Why is it considered a poor school?

i'll admit at first i thought it was a parody thread.

best of luck to you, one thing i've definitely learned in college is it's never how smart you are, it's all about the work/effort.

From my knowledge about nursing programs at these tech schools, it's expensive (when compared to a state school or community college) and my mom (an RN) says that they churn out some pretty piss poor nurses. I guess the upside is that you get in and out fairly quickly. Don't know much about Devry or their computer program.
