So I jumped on the $40 bf deal on a gameboy advance. The screen brightness absolutely sucks; playing it after dark (even with good room lighting) is a pain. Is the GBA SP backlit? How much brighter is it?

GBA SP is backlit as is the new Nintendo DS...
If you want to keep the GBA, get a light for it... While still not as good as the SP, it works....
