You need to put up flyers indicating what you found. Then when people respond to the ad, if they can accurately tell you where you got it. Then give them back the $10.00. Otherwise you are stealing someone's 10$ and should be ashamed at yourself. :roll:

I wouldn't even question this. The problem I have is if you report lost money, what's to stop anyone from just lying and saying it was theirs? Its not like you can prove them right or wrong.
