Just found $10 - Should I keep it?

I live in an apartment complex that has a community laundry. I was just taking my sheets out of the dryer and found $10. Now I am 99% sure that it isn't mine. Should I keep the money?

Btw, I have already decided to keep the money. I am just asking this out of curiousity.
