Just doubled my Cable Modem Speed... What do you pay for Cable/Digital/Modem?

1.9 megabits per second on the first try,
2.1 megabits per second on the second.

Well its combined with my digital cable package, DVR box, 3 regular digital boxes, and roughly 400 channels including 8 HBO & 7 Cinemax...

My new bill is $152 a month with tax.

I get about 5-6 Mbps downstream and 1 Mbps upstream with my cable provider.

T1 at 7 Mbps? Bull!! T1 is 1.544 Mbps or around 24 phone lines uncompressed.

But seriously, I just pulled the latest Detonators at 600KB/s, and my FTP has no problems dishing out the upstream.
