because if i'm paying $0.99 for a song, I want lossless, not 128 aac or wma. AND I dislike DRM. Maybe it'll be the only way in the future, but I'll kick and scream every step. I want the option to burn a playlist I legally own as many damn times as I like, or put the file wherever and on whatever device I want (another good reason for lossless).

I don't know which is better. When you're entranced by Morrissey's voice, the file format is irrelevant.

wma lossless for me. Just 'cause it's easy and WMP10 suits me fine. Besides, I've found WMA lossless to give me smaller file sizes on average.
