i cant stand well done steak. medium or medium rare for me. also cant stand eating sirloin. must be at least rib-eye or better. then its GOOOOOOOOOD

Cattlemen's has $20 40oz steaks? The Cattlemen's in Dixon has fairly expensive prices. I think I paid about $20 for a 16oz ribeye. Maybe its a different Cattlemen's. They're also situated in Texas I believe.

I did go to the one in Dixon. I got "The Sheriff".

its two hours and its in one place in texas (at least, only one place is famous for it) and thats in amarillo

Man that sounds good right now.... I might just hit up the folks today to get steak for a late lunch (coming up to school to see me - only do it once every month-and-a-half or so).

I like mine with melted American cheese and a few slices of bacon on top..good but what a lunker.......:cool:

I hope they were giving away coupons for a free angioplasty with the 40 ouncers. I can feel my arteries hardening just thinking about it.

40 oz is pretty nuts, but I think I could do it. The largest steak I've ever had was a 24oz porterhouse, rare. That was plenty, but I also had a baked potato, some kind of bacon, cheese, french fry appetizer, and lots of alcohol.
