But...what if they know to a certainty that he doesn't even have enough equity in his various assets to satisfy the NY fraud judgment? He's pretty much admitted as much.

That means that come 3/25, tish James will descend on his financial corpse like a hungry vulture-and have you ever met one that's NOT hungry?

So, while his fat ass is stuck in NY criminal court, James will be actively deconstructing his fictitious empire.

Personally, I think that all but guarantees his inelectability.

The following is just my personal opinion and I've been wrong before.

I think that Jack Smith understands that there are likely to be significant delays in the 2 federal cases. One because the immunity claim probably won't be determined until June-July. The other because.....Eileen Canon.

So, doj is now providing anything that might be even tangentially relevant to Bragg's case.

IOW, at least some of the dirt on OJ will be coming out regardless.
