Its nice that we have the internet to keep record of this so that hopefully if he tries to move to another state and become a judge again that it'll prevent it. Then again, some places that's probably behavior they're seeking.

Yes, it's stupid as hell, but a noose isn't JUST for racial lynchings...we have a long history of hanging criminals as well in this country.

Sure but Trump's main shtick is that non-white immigrants coming from the South are rapists and criminals, so it's obvious the connotation here, whether conscious or subconscious, is racial. It's not like Trump's campaign is about reforming the criminal code to go after common law criminals.

Unless there is a piece of paper signed and notarized saying it's racist, then it's never racist.

Would the message be different if he used an image of a needle or an electric chair?

No. There is nothing racist about any of those objects.

judges are suppose to be impartial, he can never claim that with his MAGA post.

and nooses do have a long history of being used to intimidate blacks and other non-whites.

he just blew he chances of appearing to be impartial out of the water.

if he had not resigned he should have been removed. he should have use what little brain matter he has before posting that image.

at least try to look at it from a minorities point of view, if that is even possible for you.

what would you think if you found a noose hanging from a tree in your front yard in the morning.

"MAGA: By increasing banking regulations and instituting laws to require people in public office to not tell lies!"

Yup, I bet that'll be his campaign platform in 2020.

Capital punishment in this country is profoundly racist and classist.

Yes, it would have been a different message. The noose, especially when combined with the MAGA message, has a definite racist twist to it. It might not be what he was intending, but it is definitely the message he sent. If your audience does not understand what was meant by a message that is the authors fault, not the audience's.

Sadly, you believe that stupid thing you just posted.
Yes, the message would be different. Do you know why? If not, maybe you should do some soul-searching... you know, if you're equipped to do so.

This is not remotely true.

The law isn't x fine for Native Americans, y fine for Latinos, z fine for white people, etc. There are also many minority judges in place. Truth is, some people break the law more. Some demographics have been fooled by liberal mouthpieces in power and other "role models" to disregard authority and have been conditioned to disregard personal responsibility... "it isn't your fault" mentality. Go figure, more problems there. Thanks liberals.

Bullshit. Money certainly can buy you better lawyers. But race really doesn't matter.

Bullshit. Actual empirical evidence disagrees and you've been shown this repeatedly. You simply ignore it because it hurts your feelings.

In fact, this was one of your funnier lies. You declared that the system was unbiased based on no evidence. When someone asserted the opposite you claimed that to make that determination one would need to look at every arrest and conviction in the country one at a time to determine bias. So, for the conclusion you agreed with you required no evidence and for the conclusion you disagreed with you required massive evidence.

You're a very dishonest person. Don't you have any dignity or self respect?

Department of Justice is supposed to be impartial.

I believe that's the Republican's argument against the DOJ and the FBI with regards to the Trump investigation. To lay them low for showing ANY personal bias. I remember Democrats in P&N standing fiercely behind those people having normal human biases, for it to be expected even. That their bias in no way influenced their impartiality or ability to do their job.

Now that we've found the opposite bias in someone we want impartial, shall the principle actors in P&N flip their positions?
