2) That woman's face just screams "I'M FUCKING CRAZY!"

You want to think accident.

But the tape around the head kind of ruins it.

Plus if it was an accident why didn't she call the cops or 911?
If you daughter drowns in the pool you call 911, you don't that you need to hide the body.

I also thought maybe she used the tape to stop her from crying. Which is possible. But if that was the case she should have plead to keep her out of the chair.

That might be the only thing that keeps her from the chair. Pleading it was an accident etc etc. Hard to tell.
Of course, Motf could be 100% correct.

Why would he flip off the prosecuting attorney? The bitch is obviously guilty.

Also, why did he admit to doing it? He could have just said it was a coincidence that his middle finger was up when he was scratching his chin or something. It's not like they could have proven intent.

He said he was flipping off the Lawyer, but what he was really doing was doing it so he could later show people what he did on national television.

6 months for that? Ridiculous.

if one of the jurors saw that the defence could call a mistrial and pretty much get it and cost the tax payers a lot of fucking money. yea judge did right. plus its 6 months suspended sentence no big deal.

Here's what I believe happened: Casey Anthony made a homemade batch of Chloroform to sedate her Daughter so she could party up the town. The chloroform was too strong and it ended up killing her Daughter. Casey Anthony remains calm and decides her best plan is to take her dead Daughters body to her parents home when they are not at home and place it in the swimming pool so she could then say that her child died from accidental drowning. Problem solved? No.

Casey Anthony's parents never leave their home to allow Casey Anthony the opportunity to place the body in the swimming pool. The body which was originally wrapped and placed in the back yard play area is now moved to the trunk of her car so she could dump the body in her parents swimming pool as soon as the opportunity arises. The opportunity never arises, and after several days the body in the trunk of her car starts to decompose rapidly. Casey realizes the body is too decomposed to attempt to make it look like a drowning, and she then decides to hide the body in the woods near her home. Casey is disgusted with the thought of insects and other small woodland creatures crawling inside her Daughters dead body, and uses duct tape (which she takes from her parents garage) to seal off the mouth and nose in order to prevent this from happening. Casey then goes about her life like nothing happened and eventually things spiral out of control after roughly 1 month when she finally is forced to admit to her Mother that she hasn't seen here Daugher in a month.

Read this diary entry... she is toast for sure
I have no regrets, just a bit worried. I just want for everything to work out OK. I completely trust my own judgment and know that I made the right decision. I just hope that the end justifies the means. I just want to know what the future will hold for me. I guess I will soon see – This is the happiest that I have been in a very long time. I hope that my happiness will continue to grow– I've made new friends that I really like. I've surrounded myself with good people – I am finally happy. Let's just hope that it doesn't change

The dude makes $15k/yr, spends $1.5k/month, and yet spends his day watching a court case? He should be in jail for bad time management.

I've heard from prosecutors that the judge you do or do not get is probably the biggest part of the case. Judges have a LOT of power in our system....almost too much sometimes.

What is your yearly income $15k....

What are your monthly expenses $1500... ($18k per annum)

Something doesn't add up.

Though grats on the $12 in the saving account... lulz.

Not that much.

More likely around $25k.

I made around $100 a night and I worked at a 4 star hotel. Think about it. Typical TGIF costs about $20 per person so you are tipping say $5 each. And you wait on about 20 people a night. So $100 a night 5 times a week 52 weeks a year.

That judge is full of shit. Its a high tension trial and you are going to have people make mistakes and say some things. He could just plain and simply address the youngman without trying to play bigshot judge. Judge is a fat prick.

What "tension" could this man be under?, plain and simple he disrespected the court and was a complete dumbass to thing he was gonna get away with it, nicely handled by judge IMO..

She is not going to win an appeal for ineffective counsel. She has had more than adequate representation. Poor trial tactics aren't open to ineffective counsel arguments. Nor does sleeping through trial, or being drunk during the trial. Its rare ineffective counsel arguments win. It usually happens when the defense attorney completely fucks up and inadvertently implies the defendant is guilty.

Have you been watching the trial? Just because it's not a valid reason, doesn't mean she wont try it.

I've watched parts of the trial. She may try it but it won't go anywhere. It he a terrible lawyer? Yeah. Can she win an appeal for ineffective counsel? I don't believe theres even a slightest chance because there is a high burden to meet for getting a new trial for ineffective counsel.

Plus while she's gonna get convicted, I doubt she gets the death penalty.

Hell, I accidentally did that to someone at work. He just laughed at it, followed by, "Dude, did you just flip me off?"
I was rather puzzled for a second, as the act of scratching my eye behind my glasses hadn't really registered fully in memory, so I didn't really know what the heck he was referring to, until he explained it. :D

Selection of finger for scratching an itch depends on the location of the itch, with respect to its orientation, as well as the sensitivity and firmness of the skin, the kind of itch, and the condition of the fingernails on the various fingers. It's not a simple selection process. :p

Problem is scratching an itch takes a few seconds, he had his middle finger out on his face for several minutes.

Wait... six months?

The guy got 6 DAYS but is given 6 months to pay a $400 fine and $220 court fees which he said he could pay immediately. Seems just dandy to me for being a jackass and jeapordizing a major court proceeding.

I like the judge. This is what happened 6 Days, and 6 monthly payments starting with August to pay the 620.00 fine and fees.
