Did read that this involved sex with a 12 year old girl-----a crime in any State I know of-----little young for age of consent. Regardless of any other circumstances.

Oh--and to Moonbeam--glad to see I am promoted from total idiot to a human being---although many toss labels around like popcorn.

I agree with Moonbeam!!
Your post was quite a well thought out response!
Which sadly is not the norm.

I was flipping through the channels last night and briefly stopped at Fox News where the talking heads were ranting about this case. They had no additional hard facts beyond the very bare minimum reported in the article zendari linked in his original post.

At first blush this certainly looks unjustifiable, but outside of the defendant's short height and the fact that he was convicted of some sort of sex offense, there is a total lack of facts. People should withhold passing judgment without the facts.

Far be it from me to be any different. But you CAN be quite lucid in one area and a complete nut in another, you know so if I really called you a total idiot, somewhere, which I don't remember, I am doubtless right both times. :D

To Moonbeam,

Who says---"I am doubtless right both times."---------yep, nothing wrong with your ego----clean bill of health there.---its an occupational desease with ALL people posting on forums.
But at least we have opinions-----and can't be part of someone's silent majority.---and for the record I mostly agree with the points you make.

People who know they know nothing look like they have an ego. Imagine the nerve of anybody saying they know even one thing. :D
