Liberal activist judges. We all know conservative judges are the correct ones.

It is interesting that this judge was appointed by George H.W Bush. Looks like he looked at all the facts and ruled that the majority cannot legislate away the rights of the miniority. Seems to me to be a good ruling.

LOL at the paranoia. Ya, 'the elite' have had a pro-gay bias they've expressed by allowing the criminalization of gay sex most of our history, until they got around to overturning it.

Why, the memo from Elite Headquarters to the judge with his instructions should be leaked from Wikileaks any time.

I'm fairly certain that as a consequence of this ruling, sooner or later our children will be required to be gay, and accordingly, the human race will die out.

Seriously.

My question is WHAT THE HELL DOES IT MATTER????

Oh wait, if you care, you're religious.

But wait, separation of church and state... so again, I ask, WHAT THE HELL DOES IT MATTER?

why even have issues voted on anymore. there is always some group who doesnt like what the majority wanted and takes it to court and is over turned. helll just have judges make our laws and skip the middle-man.

I kno rite?

I vote for black slaves again cuz you kno everyone wants a slave again. Such a pain in the ass to actually do WORK.

Christ, what has America come to that a decent man can't even own slaves?

Agreed. Being gay is as simple as teaching our kids buttsecks instead of vaginal. That should help with the world's population problem. It has nothing to do with wanting pussy or a cock. Nope, the government can control gayness.

HaHa... this guy was nonimated by Reagan but was held up as people thought he was to anti-gay. You can;t make it up.

Walker's original nomination to the bench by Ronald Reagan in 1987 stalled in the Senate Judiciary Committee because of controversy over his representation of the United States Olympic Committee in a lawsuit that prohibited the use of the title "Gay Olympics".[3] Two dozen House Democrats, led by Rep. Nancy Pelosi of San Francisco, opposed his nomination because of his alleged "insensitivity" to gays and the poor.

Wired magazine describes Walker as having libertarian leanings.

So they slap down the vote of the people?
Wow. And people say this country isn't going to shit?
So they uphold the Fourteenth Amendment over the prejudices of the people?

Wow. And people say this country is going to shit?

That’s the whole point. Whenever "LAW" is applied to SS marriage, SS marriage wins.
In iOwa, the iOwa supreme courts ruling was UNAMIOUS also. Both republican and democrat judges. If I remember, this is the true way America works, laws, courts, judges, you know... all the constitutional stuff. Remember? Remember?

You're creating new rights that did not exist.

Hah that's gold. It's too bad that tidbit of information won't reach the pulpits at this weekend's services as america slides into social chaos.

You act as if the right to claim the term marriage has something to do with treating people as humans. As if it’s the corner stone of human rights. It simply isn’t. That you’d mention blacks and women is an insult to those movements.
