Brandishing is, but carrying isn't, there's a difference. Carrying to make sure the law is followed is also legal.

What part of "federal agents enforcing a court order" do you fail to understand? The Bundyites showed up armed & put themselves between federal agents & their task, which was to round up & haul away cattle. They acted in defiance of the law, not in support of it. Contentions to the contrary are deeply dishonest.
